Administrative Assistant
The administrative assistant is the front-line worker of the office! This job suits those who are looking for a fast-paced environment with rewarding outcomes. As the administrative assistant, your role is to support the direct support professionals in helping individuals with developmental differences maintain their independency and overall happiness!

Responsibilities include
• Oversees all aspects of reception area including the receiving of visitors (applicants, clients, staff, etc.), mail, deliveries & electronic communications
• Support Program Director and Program Manager
• Assist in shift call-off’s and filling shifts
• Schedule all individual appointments and follow up
• Update individual’s information including Medications, diagnosis, relationships, etc.
• Assist in collecting/completing all necessary paperwork relating to meetings with outside agencies, special events
• Maintain inventory of office supplies
• Distributing mail, paychecks, and ongoing training
• Assist in collecting compliance information for HR (auto, yearly compliance paperwork, etc.)
• Assist with Emergency Phone
Minimum Requirements
• Highschool Diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Detail oriented
• Able to multi-task
• Can complete professional correspondence
• Familiarity with Microsoft word & Excel
• 2 year’s experience in office setting
• Customer service experience
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in related field

Job Type: Full Time, Monday – Friday 8am-4pm
Salary Position up to $35,000 (negotiable based on experience and education)
